How it works
01
Your space already has an address. Switch the page on, add a description, a location and your links.
02
Turn on the public link for an event and it shows up on your page. Anyone can open it and sign up.
03
Send the link around, or paste a snippet so your events and news show on your own website.
Sign-up without an account

A confirmation email with a calendar invite
A link in the email to change or cancel later
An email when the time or place changes, and a reminder the day before

Everything else
getjoyn.io/c/your-club, made from your name. Pick a different one in the settings if you like.
Open an announcement channel to the public. Posts show without the author's name.
Let visitors join with one tap, or show the page and keep joining by invitation.
Guests take spots like members do, and move up from the waitlist with an email.
Public pages show counts, never names. Who's going stays inside your space.
On paid plans, your page and its events can show up on Google with dates and places.
Who it's for
A try-out day for new players, open to parents who aren't on the app yet.
Concerts, Alpha evenings and the Christmas service, with sign-up for anyone in town.
A page for the board's news, and public talks or meetups that bring in new members.
Good to know
Clear limits, so you know what to promise on your website.
Free pages work by link, not by search.
Your page and public events work on every plan. Only the Team and Community plans are listed on Google.
No payments or tickets.
Guests sign up for free. Keep using your payment link or membership system for paid events.
Three embeds, no more.
Events, news and a join card. There's no embed for a single event or a calendar grid.
No. Guests register on the event page with a name and email. They get a confirmation with a calendar invite and can change or cancel from a link in the email. People who already use Joyn register with one button.
No. The page shows how many members you have and how many are going to an event, never their names. Posts in a public news channel show without the author.
Every event whose public link is on, including events in your groups. Turn the link off and the event leaves the page.
On the Team and Community plans, yes: the page and its events are indexed, with dates and places. On Free the page works for anyone with the link but isn't listed in search.
No. Guests are attached to the event they signed up for. They never join your space and never count toward Team seats.
Yes. Keep your membership system for members and payments, and paste the Joyn snippet into your club website to show your events and news.
Create your space, switch on the public page and make your next event public. Share the link and see who turns up.
